Frequently Asked Questions
When does my membership renew? Memberships renew on your annual join-date anniversary, not the calendar year.
Can I pay for multiple years upfront? Yes — simply include a note with your payment specifying how many years you'd like to prepay.
When will my Amtrak Guest Rewards points appear? Processing takes 4–6 weeks from sign-up. Memberships are processed monthly, then Amtrak needs an additional 3–4 weeks to post points.
